Believe it or not, students continue ask me for tips on marketing plan formulation after going through the super-thick Kotler textbook. After answering this question endlessly, I solve this problem by compiling a book with tons of examples for them...and they love it!
I've just purchased this book as an e-book and look forward to reading it! It will be a great addition to my new job in marketing and to all I've learned in your online courses at UofT.
